7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy.

  • To return an item, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Unboxing video with a 360-degree view is mandatory for any return or exchange.

8. How do I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as returns. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email to initiate the exchange request. An unboxing video is required for the exchange.


9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Kindly share a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and an unboxing video with a 360-degree view to expedite the resolution.
